Win Your Purchase Contest Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary.

By participating in the "Win Your Purchase" contest (the "Contest"), you agree to comply with these official rules and the decisions of Tasha's Top Frames inc. (The Sponsor), which are final and binding.

1. Contest Overview

The "Win Your Purchase" contest is a promotional event where one, or multiple lucky winner(s) will have their purchase amount refunded. The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entrants and will receive a refund equal to the amount of their purchase.

2. Eligibility

  • This Contest is open to all shoppers from Canada, USA, Australia and the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

  • No Purchase Necessary: To enter without making a purchase, visit https://tashastopframes.com/pages/contact and complete the online entry form. You will be asked to provide your name, email address, and other basic contact details.
  • Purchase Entry: To enter the Contest by making a purchase, simply complete a purchase through our store during the Contest period. A valid receipt will serve as proof of purchase for the Contest.
  • You may only enter the Contest once per purchase and shipping address.

4. Contest Period

The Contest begins on November 29, 2024 at 12:00:01 AM MST and ends on December 2, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM MST. All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible.

5. Winner Selection

  • FIVE (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
  • The winner will be chosen via a random draw that will take place after the sale event. The draw date and time is to be disclosed after the event via Facebook.
  • The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

  • Five (5) winners will receive a refund equal to the total amount of their purchase made during the Contest Period, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • The maximum prize value is $300. If the winner’s purchase exceeds this value, the prize will be capped at the maximum prize value.
  • The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days back to the original method of payment

7. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified via email at the address provided during entry within 14 days of the draw.

8. General Conditions

  • By participating in the Contest, you agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Tasha's Top Frames inc., which are final and binding.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other prize, except at the sole discretion of Tasha's Top Frames inc.

9. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. By entering the Contest, you consent to the collection of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest and contacting the winner.
  • Personal information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • By entering the Contest, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and employees from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
  • The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical difficulties, errors, or malfunctions related to online entry or the Contest website.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada, as applicable.
  • Any disputes arising from or relating to the Contest will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Alberta.
