OCTOBER GIVEAWAY RULES
1. Eligibility - Open to legal residents of Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom who are of the legal age of majority in their country of residence at the time of entry.
2. How to Enter
General Entry (automatic): Every order placed on tashastopframes.com between October 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025 (11:59 PM MDT) counts as one (1) entry.
Alternate Entry (where required by law): Eligible individuals may also enter by mailing their full name, email address, and phone number to Tasha’s Top Frames Inc. Email sales@tashastopframes.com for complete instructions.
Limit one entry per person.
3. Prize
- First Prize (1 winner): 5 free toppers of their choice (approx. value $70–$100 USD).
- Second Prize (1 winner): 1,000 Tasha Tokens (approx. value $50 USD).
- Third Prize (1 winner): 500 Tasha Tokens (approx. value $25 USD).
- Fourth Prize (1 winner): 500 Tasha Tokens (approx. value $25 USD).
- Fifth Prize (1 winner): 300 Tasha Tokens (approx. value $15 USD).
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $185–$215 USD.
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
4. Winner Selection
Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries in November 2025.
The selected entrant must correctly answer a skill-testing question (e.g., “What is 2 × 3 + 4?”) to claim the prize, as required by Canadian law.
If the selected entrant cannot be reached within 7 days, or fails to answer the skill-testing question, another entrant may be selected.
5. General Rules
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
By entering, participants agree to allow Tasha’s Top Frames Inc. to announce their first name, order number and state/province in winner announcements on social media and email.
Tasha’s Top Frames Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway at any time if technical or other issues compromise its fairness.
